A close up of the mighty tui, looking out over the morning sun and projecting it’s one of a kind song. This piece focus’ on the beautiful array of colours hidden within the tui until the light hits it’s iridescent feathers.
He is placed upon rays of minty green to reflect the morning sun and the deep greens of his feathers.

FRAME
- Natural American Ash (Fraxinus Americana). Similar in appearance to European ash. The sapwood is light coloured to nearly white and the heartwood varies from greyish brown to pale yellow streaked with brown. The wood is generally straight-grained with a coarse, uniform texture.
- Sustainably grown with FSC certification and kiln dried
- Under and cross pinned for extreme strength and rigidity
